Together we'll create the perfect team using our Team Evolution Model in 3 phases:

  • Firstly, we implement your Culture Accelerator. Build your team culture and align it to your business vision and values. This will put you in the best position to retain your people. We will show you how to engage team members and anchor their behaviours using rituals.¬†
  • Secondly,¬†create your Motivated Employee Recipe. We set up your team members to be motivated to perform in a way which contributes to meeting business goals. This recipe is responsible for turning employees into your superpower who are focused and engaged to deliver for your customers.¬†
  • Thirdly, we map out your Innovation Architecture. This system helps you create a continuous improvement mindset and approach in your team. This ensures they find ways to be more productive and evolve as things change in the work, team and business.¬†

Any of these things can move the needle immediately for the teams in your business. In my experience it gives managers the confidence and toolkit to create those high performing teams every business wants and needs.

To Start your manager will join a 30-minute call with Alexis to undertake a current state analysis and confirm management goals for the next 90 days. We deep dive into areas of opportunity for them and the team to help set them up for success when creating a team who is focused on achieving business outcomes. 

Stage 2 is joining the three-day Team Evolution Program where your manager will gain the knowledge of all key concepts, models and tools to get them started. Managers can learn from each other and start to work on their teams plan. 

Implementation is the focus of Stage 3. We help take the knowledge and implement it in a meaningful way for your business and teams. We hold your manager accountable and provide them with support and guidance along the way.

Team Planning Sprint

First Tuesday of the Month (9am AEST)

Be intentional about the focus areas for the month which will enable your team. Create a plan which will see you shifted the dial on this focus area. Includes weekly check-ins.

There is also 24/7 access to our fantastic community of managers and access to a library of resources, templates and framework.
